{Rochester} Brazilia Calling - Espada Brazilian Steak

When you venture across the Village Gate near Art Neighborhood (274 Goodman N Street), make sure you come hungry. You will meet many culinary thrills here - Espada Brazilian Steak, The Gate House Cafe, California Rolling, Salina's, etc...

I had a great experience at Espada Brazilian Steak on a sunny Friday and it was entirely different from my previous experience in any steak house. Sitting here you will feel like being in a ecosystem, as I learned from the waitress, the restaurant is ran entirely on renewable solar, wind and hydro energy. The chairs are constructed from Brazilian wood from an old ship, the columns are lined with indigenous reclaimed wood and recycled glass tiles, and our paper products are earth friendly. The lunch comes in a buffet style, you will not only enjoy limitless fresh salad (both Latin American & Greek styles), but also various kinds of grilled meat - Picanha, Tri Tip, Pork Ribs, Chicken Drums, Parmesan Pork Loin... The gaucho servers parade the meat around the dining room, offering guests slices, fresh from the grill.

After the meal please don't forget the chance to have a walk around the art neighborhood area. Many suprises are embedded in the architectures, like the coffee cup painting on the road!
